This is what is included as part of our End of Lease Cleaning service:
• Kitchen
Clean of work surfaces; units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, and shelves; tiles; internal windows, doors, and skirting; sink and taps; bins; mirrors, pictures, and glass; light fixtures and fittings; cobwebs removed. Carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
• Bathroom
Clean of bath and shower; toilet; sink and taps; tiles; mirrors, pictures, and glass; extractor fan, light fixtures, and fittings; visible pipes and plumbing; internal windows, doors, and skirting; units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, and shelves; cobwebs removed. Carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
• Bedroom
Clean of furniture; mirrors, pictures, and glass; internal windows, doors, and skirting; light fixtures and fittings; cobwebs removed. Carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
• Living Room
Clean of units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, and shelves; TVs and electronic equipment; furniture; mirrors, pictures, and glass; internal windows, doors, and skirting; light fixtures and fittings; cobwebs removed. Carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
• Stairs and Hallways

| Q: What's the difference between a normal clean and a professional end of lease clean? A: Great question. One of the main differences is that our vetted, trained, insured, and experienced cleaners can deep clean the property to a very high standard, effectively and efficiently, following a comprehensive end of tenancy cleaning checklist. As standard, we also provide a signed, completed checklist, invoice, and VAT receipt to show that you have hired a professional end of lease cleaning service. |

Another reason is that we have a local office team that's on hand to help make the process as smooth as possible, can answer any questions that you have, and in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, they are on hand to help. | Q: Do I need to be at the property? A: No, you don't need to be at the property, we just need to arrange for the cleaners to get into the property or get the keys for the property. Usually, it is best that you are available at the end of clean to sign off the clean, if not we take photographs and leave a signed checklist of the clean at the property anyways. Keys can then be posted back through the door or collection arranged. |
Q: What is your end of lease cleaning operating hours? A: You can contact us at any time. Our cleaning teams work 7 days a week. The first clean can start from 7:00 am and the last clean starting from 7:00 pm. |
| Q: What does your end of lease cleaning service do? A: Our end of lease cleaning service is designed to bring the property back up to an acceptable standard to hand over to the landlord, estate agents, or next tenants. It's not designed to provide a perfect, nearly new finish. |
Q: Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance? A: Please ensure that your fridge and/or freezer is defrosted 24 hours before the service begins, otherwise, our staff will be unable to clean it. |
| Q: Do you clean lofts? A: No, due to health and safety risks, we are unable to clean lofts. |
Q: Do you clean external windows or hard to reach internal windows? A: We do not clean external windows, and only clean internal windows that are easily reached without the use of a ladder, this is due to the health and safety risks of working from heights. |
| Q: Do you clean walls? Get rid of wall marks? A: No, we are unable to clean walls and get rid of marks, this is best done prior to our end of lease cleaning service commencing. |
Q: Do you get rid of tough carpet stains? A: We provide a basic carpet cleaning service and our team treatment most obvious stains. There will be occasions where our team is unable to get rid of tough carpet stains. Our team will try, within the allocated service time, to reduce the appearance of any tough stains. |

Q: Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment? A: Yes, our end of tenancy cleaning teams come fully prepared for the job. |
| Q: How long will the end of tenancy clean take? A: Usually a clean can take anywhere between 3 and 6 hours but usually best to leave a full 12 hours of access. |
Q: How long do I have to leave the carpets to dry? A: For best results, leave the carpets for at least 24 to 48 hours after the service has been completed. |
Q: Do I have to pay for parking fees or congestion charges? A: This is the only additional charge on top of your end of lease clean. Our team will always strive to search for free parking or routes around the congestion charge, but where this is possible customers will be asked to cover these costs. |
Q: What is included in a Property Cleaning part of an End of Lease Clean? A: Our Property Cleaning part of an End of Lease Clean includes a deep clean of your property excluding oven cleaning, white goods cleaning, carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. |
